Tom Howe comes from a legacy lacrosse family from St. Catharines Ontario Canada, considering both his brother and father are members of the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Coach Howe has an incredible passion for the game of lacrosse and has played and coached at every level of the field and box lacrosse game from his local Ontario roots to the professional and international levels where he is currently the Head Coach for the USA U-21 team.
Howe played College field lacrosse at Brock University in Canada.  He played Jr. A box lacrosse for the St. Catharines Athletics and professionally for 9 years in Canada, winning 5 President’s Cup Trophies. He has coached Box lacrosse with the Italia National Box team (2021-current), Ireland National Box Team (2010-2019), Rhode Island Kingfish (NIAA) in 2013, Chicago Outlaws in 2012 and True Minnesota Box team 2017-2019. In addition he has coached field lacrosse at Stillwater Minnesota High School 2016-2019 (ranked #2 in the State 2019) and St. Johns Shrewsbury (2011-current).
