Boys High School Program

The Knights are one of the country’s top high school box lacrosse clubs offering individual training, team training and tournament play.  Our Gold teams are recognized nationally, competing against the best box players and teams in North America at some of the game’s most reputable events.

We are inviting the area’s best players to the box for the following high school divisions:

  • High School JV (2026 & 2027)
  • High School Varsity (2025, 2026 & 2027)
  • High School Elite (2024 & 2025)

Please know the Knights also offer:

  • Novice (2032 & 2033) – new in 2023-24
  • Peewees (2030 & 2031)
  • Bantams (2028 & 2029) – 2 teams
  • Girls teams for players entering grades 7-12!!
    • We are breaking new ground here, help us set the trend!!

In the effort of building a schedule that a busy high school student-athlete can manage, our HS season is condensed into 2 training camp dates, 8 “make-it-if-you-can” Skills & Concepts Practices and 2 tournaments.  Be sure to open the drop-downs below to learn more about our Training Camps, Skills & Concepts practices or the reputable events we play in.

  • All players receive a Knights Player Pack which includes branded shorts, game jersey, helmet decals and additional apparel items.
    • Knights custom box helmets and equipment bags are not inclusive to our offering, but will be made available to players invited to play for the Knights.
Training Camp

Our Training Camps are intended to prepare our teams for an elite level of tournament play against some of the best box players in the nation.  Attendance at Training Camp is very important to the success of our teams…..plan accordingly!!

For both of our Training Camps, players can expect to be at the facility for 4.5 hours between the hours of 2-8pm and will have a 90 minute break between practices.

Skills & Concepts Practices

Details:

  • High volume of situations & drills unique to the box game that build skill and reinforce good decisions during live play.
  • These practices are run in a format that doesn’t rely on team attendance, individuals are guided through 60 minutes drills.
    • Attendance at Skills & Concepts is highly encouraged, but ultimately not required to play for the Knights.  We understand that for a variety of reasons, some are unable to attend.

      • December 6, 13, 20
      • January 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31
        • All High School players – 8:00-9:00pm
Events
  • All players will be invited to at least 2 events.
    • Invites for all events are distributed  in early November.
  • All events are included in your tuition.

    • January 13 & 14
    • 2 day event (Sat PM, Sun AM)
  • Best in Box – Reading, PA
    • January 20 & 21 (1-day event)
  • Founders Cup – Reading, PA
    • February 4-5 (1 day event)
  • Philadelphia Indoor Championships – Hatfield, PA
      • February 17 & 18 (1 day event)
Game Day Roster
  • Up to 16-18 players
    • Offensive Righties:  3-4 players
    • Offensive Lefties:  3-4 players
      • Offensive players are highly skilled, offensive minded players.
      • Generally attackmen or goal scoring midfielders.
  • Transition players:  2-3 players
    • Transition players are generally middies or LSM’s in field lacrosse that play a 2-way role at both ends of the floor.
    • Transition players generate transition offense out of the defensive end and when playing offense, they prevent offensive transition from their opponent by getting back on defense.
  • Defenders:  4-5 players
    • Traditionally defensemen or midfielders fills these spots.
    • Real defenders love to grind on defense, and win ground balls while concentrating on playing both, on and off-ball defense. Working tirelessly on every substitution is also key to the position.
  • 2 – Goalies (ANYONE can play goalie, regardless of field position!!)
    • Have fun wearing all the big pads inside the 4×4!!
    • All pads are provided for goalies with exception of helmet, gloves, cup and stick.
