The Knights made history in 2022 by forming the girls first box team in the Northeast. This winter learn to play authentic box lacrosse from the best instructors around. Come learn for yourself why there is so much hype around box lacrosse.

Girls Middle & High School Programs

The Knights are one of the country’s top box lacrosse clubs offering individual training, team training and tournament play.  Our teams are recognized nationally, competing against the best box players and teams in North America at some of the game’s most reputable events.

We are inviting the area’s best players to the box for the following girl’s divisions:

  • Middle School (2028 & 2029)
  • High School (2024, 2025, 2026 & 2027)

Please know the Knights also offer the following boy’s teams:

  • Novice (grades 3 & 4) – new in 2024-25
  • Peewees (grades 5 & 6)
  • Bantams (grades 7 & 8)
  • Midgets (grades 9 – 11)
  • High School Elite (grades 9 – 12)

In the effort of building a schedule that a busy student-athlete can manage, our girls season is condensed into 2 training camp dates, and 2 tournaments.  Be sure to open the drop-downs below to learn more about our Training Camps, the reputable events we play in, or the program as a whole.

  • All players receive a customized Knights uniform (shorts and game jersey).

Training Camp

Our Training Camps are intended to prepare our teams for tournament play against some of the best girls box players in the nation.  Attendance at Training Camp is very important to the success of our teams…..plan accordingly!!

For both of our Training Camps, players can expect to be at the facility for 4.5 hours between the hours of 2-8pm with a break in between practices.  A detailed schedule will be released closer to the training camp.

What Equipment is Needed?

You will need everything a boy’s field player wears.

  • Lacrosse shoulder pads (hockey shoulder pads are not recommended)
  • Lacrosse arm pads (not elbow caps or hockey elbow pads)
  • Lacrosse gloves
  • Helmet (hockey or lacrosse, hockey is best)

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Rib pads
  • Bicep pad(s)
    • A RH player wears a bicep pad on the left arm.
    • A LH player wears a bicep pad on the right arm.
