Training for Box Lacrosse
Our girls training sessions go beyond teaching the fundamentals of box lacrosse. In addition to three training sessions, the top players will be offered an invitation to join the Knights National Team for a chance to compete at the NXT Connecticut Box Championships in January. Learn from the best coaches in the game in a safe, fun environment. All participants in the Knights Training Sessions will receive a reversible practice tank.

Goalies play for free!! Limited positions available, interested goalies should email director Greg Clements at gc@knightsboxlax.com or 508-873-4320.
All goalie equipment provided except helmet, gloves, neck guard and stick.
