2023/2024 Season Details
- Team Entry:
- In an effort to build a high-quality league with the areas top teams
- We are seeking just 6 teams to play in our league, putting quality before quantity!!
- Competitive teams looking to play in this league can request entry by contacting league director Greg Clements at gc@knightsboxlax.com or 508-873-4320.
- Team Rosters should consist of 14-18 players (including a goalie).
- Minimum of 14 registered players on each roster.
- All teams MUST have a goalie every week (equipment provided).
- All games played on Sundays at 12, 1, or 2pm

8 week format:
Week 1 – December 3
Week 2 – December 10
Week 3 – December 17
Week 4 – January 7
NO GAMES ON MLK WEEKEND
Week 5 – January 21
Week 6 – January 28
Week 7 – February 4
Week 8 – February 11
60 minutes of field time each week
- Week 1 (Pre-Season) – each team will receive 25 minutes of instruction and 30+ minutes of game play.
- Weeks 2-6 (Regular-Season) – there will be an instructional point of emphasis each week followed by 50 minutes of game play.
- Weeks 7 & 8 (Playoffs) – there will be no instruction, each team plays a 60 minute game.
League Features:
- 30 second shot clock
- 2 referees on each game

- Goalie pads provided
- Complete game stats and league leaders posted each week.
- 1st & 2nd team All-Star teams named after regular season.
- Only 6 hand-picked teams to ensure a high level of play!!
